Tobias grew up in Germany. A multi-faceted guitarist, he blends the intricacies of classical, rock, and jazz into a unique musical tapestry. Captivated by the elegance of the classical guitar in his youth, he later channeled the raw energy of rock and blues through his Les Paul. He draws inspiration from masters like Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, and on the jazz side Wes Montgomery, Jim Hall, Pat Metheny, and Mike Stern, seamlessly transitioning between nylon and steel strings. He briefly studied with Mike Stern and is now mentored by Steve Giordano, a Philadelphia-based jazz guitar great.
